My exciting series of classes in Paris takes place in the luxurious cooking studio Wa-Bi Salon, a space created by multi-starred Chef Dominique Bouchet.

I constantly develop and modify recipes as I work on my classes, articles, and books, and I share some of those recipes with you here.

Enjoy a leisurely meal in the French countryside. It is always prepared from fresh local ingredients and served in our timbered dining room.
